Francesca Confronts Piers Morgan On Lies About "Beheaded Babies" Propaganda
Francesca Albanese called out Piers Morgan on his show on Tuesday for peddling Israeli propaganda after he accused her of ignoring the debunked claims of Hamas 'gang-raping' Israelis on October 7.
In a fiery clash that lit up the digital airwaves, Francesca Albanese, the unflinching United Nations Special Rapporteur on the occupied Palestinian territories, took Piers Morgan to task in a searing segment of their debate.
After largely ignoring her well-argued dismantling of Israel’s claims to “self-defense” to justify the unfolding genocide, he then tried to ridicule her for not paying enough attention to the widely debunked claims of Hamas gang-raping Israelis on October 7. Francesca retorted, “It’s because of the beheaded babies!”
When she delicately reminded him of his own role in peddling the widely debunked Israeli propaganda which was first peddled by Sara Sidner of CNN, and many others, not least, Genocide Joe himself, he vehemently denied it.
But of course, we have receipts.
Watch the IG reel above to see some of the receipts revealing the truth about Piers role in peddling propaganda.
The confrontation, which erupted over the media’s role in manufacturing consent for Israel’s genocide, Albanese discreetly, but defiantly accused Morgan of being complicit himself.
The segment began with Morgan attempting to navigate what he called the “complexities” of the ongoing crisis, presenting his usual both-sidesism inspired commentary. But Albanese, a legal scholar, and seasoned advocate for justice, was having none of it. She cut through the rhetoric with piercing clarity, her indignation clear to anyone with a pulse and a pair of eyes.
“Piers,” she began, her tone sharp enough to silence the studio, “did you or did you not say it?”
Morgan, taken aback but ever the consummate showman, attempted to regain control. “What did I say? Quote it back to me,'“ he taunted.
Ironically, I had been contacted to appear on the same taping in a panel that followed the interview with Francesca, but got bumped at the last minute.
While I agree that Piers has certainly contributed to obscuring facts and the reality on the ground, I do appreciate that he invites guests like Albanese on to flip the script on the tired old talking points and propaganda that misrepresents the reality on the ground.
Albanese’s fierce delivery of facts and legal truths that pierced through the propaganda of “Israel has a right to defend itself”, laid bare the media’s complicity in shaping public opinion, reminding viewers everywhere of the stakes of staying silent in the face of oppression.
For a moment, even Morgan’s trademark bravado seemed to falter, leaving the world to wonder: how long can the media shield itself from the truth?
PS If you need more proof of him repeatedly peddling the beheaded babies click the photo below.
The 40 babies beheaded claim is ridiculous. Who on earth would have the time in a killing rampage to do that? But the attached report is well worth reading.
It shows how this misreported claim came about, and also looks at the other issues such as rape.
It does appear that ‘some’ babies, infants and adults were found with their heads removed, though even as a total probably not 40.
But there is a danger in the Albanese report. By claiming that 40 babies decapitated was a clear lie - which it obviously was - there is the inference that NO decapitation at all took place. Which is an equal untruth. ‘Some’ clearly did occurr, but not anywhere near forty.
