Francesca's New Bombshell UN Report: Corporations Fueling Genocide in Gaza
Over 60 companies are named in a new report by Francesca Albanese detailing the machinery of genocide proving that it endures precisely because it is profitable.
Gaza is being obliterated, and its people are being slaughtered, countless ongoing crimes against humanity are being made possible by multinational corporations arming and enabling Israel’s war machine.
In a searing 24-page U.N. report titled “From the Occupation Economy to the Genocidal Economy”, Special Rapporteur
exposes how over 60 companies are financially and materially complicit in what she explicitly calls a genocidal campaign against Palestinians.Her conclusion are as chilling as they are clear: this genocide endures because it is profitable.
The Corporations Enabling Genocide
The report identifies dozens of companies by name and links their products and services directly to acts of mass killing, surveillance, and the destruction of civilian infrastructure.
Arms and Aerospace Companies
Lockheed Martin (U.S.): Supplier of F‑35 fighter jets, precision missiles, and bombs used in Israel’s bombardment of Gaza.
Leonardo (Italy): Manufacturer of drones, rockets, and targeting systems used to carry out airstrikes.
Heavy Machinery and Construction
Caterpillar Inc. (U.S.): Its armored bulldozers have demolished Palestinian homes and infrastructure, including refugee shelters.
HD Hyundai (South Korea): Bulldozers and excavators supplied to Israeli forces are used in home demolitions and settlement expansion projects.
Tech Giants
Alphabet/Google (U.S.): Co-creator of a $1.2 billion cloud contract with the Israeli government, used to host data and services linked to military and surveillance operations.
Amazon (U.S.): Provides cloud computing infrastructure that supports Israel’s digital military architecture.
Microsoft (U.S.): Its cloud and analytics services are described as “central to Israel’s surveillance apparatus and the ongoing Gaza destruction.”
IBM (U.S.): Supplies data management and analytics tools used to support Israel’s digital targeting capabilities.
Palantir Technologies (U.S.): Provides AI tools to the Israeli military to assist in intelligence processing and likely targeting decisions.
These are not abstract contributions, but rather the systems, machines, and digital tools actively powering a genocidal campaign.
High-Tech War: Cloud Computing and Surveillance
The report highlights how Silicon Valley has become deeply enmeshed in Israel’s military infrastructure. While Google has claimed its cloud contract is “not directed at military or intelligence services,” the infrastructure provided by companies like Google, Amazon, and Microsoft is described by Albanese as central to the targeting and destruction of Gaza.
These systems host massive datasets, facial recognition programs, drone feeds, and real-time intelligence mapping—all used to monitor, profile, and attack Palestinian civilians. Palantir’s AI software directly supports the Israeli military’s intelligence arm, helping generate target lists with chilling efficiency.
Bulldozers and Ethnic Cleansing
On the ground, Palestinian homes are destroyed by Caterpillar D9 bulldozers that are armored, reinforced, and operated by the Israeli military. These bulldozers level entire neighborhoods in Rafah and Khan Younis. Similar machinery supplied by HD Hyundai is used in home demolitions in the occupied West Bank and to build roads and infrastructure supporting illegal settlements.
Palestinian witnesses describe soldiers bulldozing homes with people’s belongings still inside. Families return to find only concrete slabs where generations once lived. This is not "collateral damage", it is systematic erasure.
What Must Happen Now
Albanese’s report calls on U.N. member states to:
Impose a full arms embargo on Israel;
Cease all trade and financial dealings with the named companies until they halt their complicity;
Pursue legal accountability for executives and corporations profiting from genocide;
And recognize the ongoing atrocities in Gaza as crimes against humanity requiring immediate international action.
As long as these corporations are permitted to profit, the genocide will continue, not just with bombs and bulldozers, but with code, servers, and data.
End the Business of Genocide
This is a call to all of us: boycott, divest, and disrupt. Demand accountability. Every dollar that funds these companies is a dollar soaked in Palestinian blood.
The bombs falling on Gaza don’t just come from Tel Aviv, they come from Silicon Valley, Wall Street, and global boardrooms. This is not just Israel’s war, it’s a global business model, and its cost is counted in children’s graves.
“It is not enough to denounce genocide. We must dismantle the economy that makes it possible,” Francesca rightly reminds us.
Thank you for taking time to share with us this important information 🙏🏽
