Today Democrat Al Green just brought Articles of Impeachment against President Donald Trump over the threat of ethnic cleansing in Gaza.
This isn't about people. It’s about politics. If it were truly about standing up for human beings who are being ethnically cleansed then why wasn’t there a call to impeach President Biden for his unwavering support of that very cleansing?
Was it because he wrapped it in softer words, in diplomatic euphemisms, rather than saying the quiet part out loud?
But where was this fire, this moral conviction, over the last 15 months? Where was this courage when the previous president who proudly declared himself a Zionist and ensured that ethnic cleansing would be cemented as his legacy was arming, funding, and defending the same war crimes?
Or is the real scandal here simply that Trump is saying outright what every U.S. president before him has done, endorsed, and upheld only without the mask of pretense?
And so, once again, the struggle for liberation is weaponized as a talking point, leveraged for domestic political gain just so Democrats can claw their way back to power, install another president who will keep supporting ethnic cleansing, all while sermonizing the world about human rights, freedom, and democracy.

Both parties are two sides of the same coin....and it sucks that so many US citizens don't realize that.
I agree with your statement, I am tired of politicians gaining from exploiting others to gain and achieve their agenda. If they always put people first we would be in a better world.
